Editors often happen to put abbreviations for certain things in order to credit one another for different stuff, that helps avoid any dramas in between the community. These abbreviations all stand for something and are put somewhere in the caption of the post itself. Here are the most common ones and what they mean:
-
ac - audio credit
➤ audio credits are very important as editors use audios that are edited by someone, that requires credits for their work. Usually up to maximum 1 minute from a certain song that the person edited in a way they like.

tc - twixtor credit
➤ Twixtor is an effect that provides a very smooth slow-mo effect to the clips we use. Most edits you see all have it, it's a very commonly used effect and is also important as people who make twixtor comps (compilations) take a lot of time out of their days in order to provide slowed down clips for people who aren't able to use the effect, as it's only compatible with computer programs such as After Effects and Sony Vegas, meaning phone editors don't have it.

cc - coloring credit
➤ Colorings are an effect that is put over edits in order to kind of change the colors or add up to them giving the edit a more finished look. Most editors prefer using ccs over their edits but not all of them make them on their own. Therefore they use presets made from other people.

ib - inspired by ; rm - remake
➤ These credits are given when the person took inspiration or literally remade someone else's edit fully, all the transitions, the audio, the character/show are the same.

sc - scene credit / shake credit
➤ This one can be kind of confusing as sometimes you can't know which one it applies to. If it's a scene credit that means that the clips used in the edit come from a scene comp of someone, if it's a shake credit then the shakes used in the edit belong to someone else. However if you see the abbreviation "sc" after the audio credit, then it stands for soundcloud which is an app that provides good editing audios.

pc - preset credit
➤ Usually that's used with the idea that all transitions ( or only some ) used in the edit are presets made by someone else. Some people tend to use "tc" for this credit, meaning "transition credit" but that in incorrect usage of the abbreviation as as mentioned above, it's used for twixtor credit. However this credit is very important as the whole edit isn't entirely your creation, since someone else did all the editing ( or partly ), therefore credit is required.

( bonus ) dt/sdt - dedicated to ; specially dedicated to ;
➤ These aren't really credits, but these are probably the most used abbreviations, they are used when we dedicate our edits to our friends or other editors we look up to! :)

Not giving credits is a form of disrespect towards not just the editor who is the rightful owner of the preset but also to the editing community as a whole. Credits should be given where they are due and there is no excuse for someone who refuses to do so. That's considered stealing in the editing community and will not be tolerated as a lot of people find it offensive. So make sure you always credit properly everything that you've included in your edit and that doesn't belong to you.
